"Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room."

"The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful.
