Superb Hotel

I came with my family and we had a wonderful time this place is genuinely beautiful and comfortable and in a secure area and the managers were very helpful. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We have booked again and definitely highly recommended.

Like the last time a great stay, spacious and clean rooms. Very helpfull staff, central parkmis a 10 minutes walk and has many restaurants open till late. The hotel room service is very good and cooked when ordered. The roof terrace testaurant serves amazing food and the vieuw in the evening gives a great ambiance.

My second stay, and again i am very happy and feel like home. Very friendly staff, everyone asked if they can help. And on 5 minutes walking there is central park with an amazing evening and early night scene. Lots of food places from desi to fast food. I ordered from the room servive and its amazing how tasty the bbq and karai was. The gym is on 5 minutes walking and well equipped. The vieuw from the rooms in nice.

This property is not too big that’s why sells quickly. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was very nice and spacious. The staff service is a bit slow however they were always polite and helpful. Really good value for money given the location and added benefits of security and comfort. The property is new and well decorated however some furniture was wobbly and the showers didn’t work properly. Also the lobby area is boring and dull can do with redesign. Overall very satisfied will visit again

Room was big, with requisite furniture and comfortable mattress. For cold weather of Islamabad in winters place heaters would be ideal for bathrooms. Room service needs improvement as I had to personally go down to the reception to get things as room service didn't respond in half am hour despite calling multiple times. Staff at reception was polite, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast selection is modest. Nothing extravagant but good enough

Property was very good for a 4 star. Some of the decorative finishing needed work but apart from that there were no complaints in this department. The reason an excellent rating was not given was for 2 reasons. One was I got some laundry done and they promised me it back within 2 days and I was leaving on the morning of the 3rd day. They apologised and promised me the items at 7am. When the time came they told me that the laundry person would not be in till 8am. Then they couldn’t locate the items. They finally found the items around 8.30am - 30mins after I have left to catch a flight. They posted this to me at their cost. The other issue was, when loading the car in the morning of our departure they forgot to load up a small chair and once we noticed it they informed us that there would be a charge to send it back to us, even though they insisted on loading the car for us, they would not accept responsibility for this. We paid and they sent us our items back 6 days later. Apart from these issues the stay was good, the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and tidy. We stayed for 5 nights and it was pleasant. I would still recommend it.

We were blown away by how nice our stay was! The staff was lovely and the food was so so delicious, we wish we stayed longer to try more of the options! Our room was lovely and spacious and the hotel was very conveniently located, we were able to have a nice walk to a nearby food court.
