「The next morning at checkout time we realized the elevator was not working. We hollered down to the desk that I was able to see below and she went to find the maintenance man within about 10 minutes she came up to help me with my bag but about a minute later he came up and carried my bag downstairs which was so nice and it worked out」

「The owners/hosts were so pleasant to interact with, and were extremely helpful when we came back sick from the amusement park (even suggesting we write a poor review for the theme park)! The room was quaint and clean, and the breakfasts were also amazing - it was my first time trying a full English breakfast, and the hostess was such a sweet lady! This stay felt like home for me and my bestie for our girls trip, exactly what we’re were hoping for from a B&B! I will 100% stay here again whenever...

「Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. We've stayed in this hotel many times before when it was Best Western. We were NOT happy with the "new" BW when they moved across the road (cruddy room, under re-construction, was a mess).
