The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better.

Couple 3-night stay

The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed

Off the beaten path

Hotel in an industrial area with a small shopping center close by. It was great because we were there on a weekend and there was not much activity. The room was designed for someone on business, with a desk, which wasn't very useful for a casual traveler.

Best Western Plus Paris Saclay I called twice before our stay. Confirming that the rooms we had paid for When we got there, were given different types of room The room price was less, i was told that they would not credit the difference. The reservation was booked 8 months in advance. Charge for something we were not given..The staff in the front desk were super rude to us.
