Overpriced and not worth it

The bed was horrible. They cut the A/C after August, ehich means it's hot in the room. If you open a window, mosquitos race to fly in. There was no table to work from, I used a night stand.

J'ai trouvé le tarifcher pour une chambre assez petite comparé à d'autres Mercure ou hôtels de même gamme. Il est précisé " parking disponible" dans plus d'info sur le site internet. La personne à l'accueil m'a indiqué où se trouvait le parking lorsque je lui ai posé la question sans m'indiquer qu'il était payant et qu'il fallait demander à l'accueil un ticket pour payer les nuitées au parking. Si l'on paye à la borne du parking directement, ce qui m'est arrivé,c'est 3€/heure...autrement dit très cher.

Très bien localisé (transport, commerces, restau)

Je suis venue rendre visite à ma famille avec mon enfant de 3 ans. L’hôtel était parfaitement localisé près de plein de différents transports (RER, TGV, bus, taxis/uber) avec des airs de jeux et un parc trampoline. Les restaurants et commerces sont aussi très proches et variés. L’hôtel en lui même est propre, le service impeccable et la chambre nettoyée et déstockée tous les jours. Tout était parfait!

Séjour pour aller au stade de France entre amis , réservation de la chambre par internet ,sans petit déjeuner. Arrivée sur place ,l’hôtesse m’a proposé le petit déjeuner,j’ai demandé le tarif elle m’a bien dit 9€50 mes amis étaient à côté,ont bien entendu comme moi. Le lendemain je l’ai prit ,et à grande surprise au moment de régler les 2 petits déjeuner,j’ai payé 39€ !!!! La personne qui m’a fait payer n’a rien voulu savoir . Je suis énormément déçue . 19€50 juste pour un café et un pain au chocolat et bien merci . Je n’y reviendrai pas et je vais le signer à beaucoup de gens .

Belle expérience

j'ai eu la chance de séjourner le jour d'une soirée organisé à l'occasion de l'inauguration du nouvel espace de séminaire. j'ai pu rencontrer et découvrir une équipe très dynamique et sympathique ! cela me donne envie. les chambres sont très belles et confortable, avec juste un petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui mérite mieux. L'extérieur de l'hotel reste à rénover.

Très correct mais petite améliorations à apporter.

Chambre vaste, manque toutefois une table/bureau. Chambre très bien insonorisée avec de réels rideaux occultants, rare dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Petit dejeuner correct, salle petit dejeuner mal disposée avec les alvéoles qui ne se prêtent plus à un apéritif plutôt que pour le pdj.

Excellent hotel, service was very good, staff very helpful. Close to Massy train station and a short taxi ride to Orly Airport.
