No where to eat, when I ordered in I was made to go to my room to eat by the male night staff member very rudely. The room was ok but very loud when surrounding guests used the facilities in the bathroom. Basic and clean but wouldn’t stay again.

Didn’t start well when receptionist insisted I had prepaid and need to pay again. Still took several minutes after giving them a printed copy of my reservation. When they realised it was their error they were very apologetic but it was still awkward particularly with a big queue building up behind ...
