「The property was so clean and beautifully maintained. The office staff were so friendly and helpful. The airline forgot our luggage and they immediately called me when it arrived to their office. The rooms were so cute and the cleaning lady was super friendly and accommodating. Definitely staying here again.」

「This is the place! Marial and Dirk are amazing hosts and the property is perfect! Located close enough to all major attractions/places but still in the local area so you get the best of both worlds. We were here for a week to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. Rent a car and know that GPS says you've arrived but the property is to the left off of sero Blanco. Absolutely amazing stay and we hope to return soon!」

「The staff were really kind and helpful. The only drawback to this resort was that the rooms smelled like mildew, which was horrible for my allergies. Otherwise, I would have given this hotel four stars. The amenities were great. The pool area was kept clean. It was a very enjoyable time.」

「It is an excellent property. I did not give it 5 stars overall for two reasons. 1) There are birds that were all over the outside places to eat and it was quite annoying. 2) We ate at the restaurant that is on site twice and both times it took forever for us to get our dessert.」

「Great place to stay, very clean. The staff is super friendly. Avoid the PureDeli, but the wave shack and PureBeach are a lot of Fun with decent food for a resort. If you’re looking to party stay at the RIU, this one is more family friendly and is quiet around 11. We came for our honeymoon and had a blast. 「Excellent customer service, some of the best I’ve experienced in my travels. The rooms were new and modern. Loved the balcony views as well. The only issue would be the location of this hotel. You will definitely need a rental vehicle to get around as it doesn’t have much in a walkable distance.」
