Nice and modern hotel with excellent spa and great location. There were lock problems during the staying and air conditioning was really weak so noises from the open windows were during both nights.

Comfortable central hotel

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. The room was clean and well presented. Nice small pool/spa complex. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options including local specialities. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant. We would happily return to this hotel.

Lovely spa hotel for a great Kuressaare stay

Lovely stay. The spa is great (although I am no connoisseur). The restaurant has some interesting dishes that I did not get to try. The room was nice, but quite small. It also needs more hangers and knobs for drying stuff IMO, as well as a fridge. It is worth mentioning that the spa area has a designated children pool, which indicates that families are welcome. Location is also nice, close to the restaurants

The property had nice pools with various bonus features, a spa pool, saunas and steam rooms. The spa pool needs a hand rail for older patrons. The breakfast was good. I didn't eat the eggs because they had spinach imbedded in them. Our room was small with limited seating, but there was various public seating.

Great value for money

The room was comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom. There was enough room for two adults and two kids, although not much more. Extra points for the EV charging point in the parking space, it was extremely convenient.

A good choice

A nice hotel with excellent location and friendly stuff. Good small spa with saunas. Close location to great golf course (less than 10min). It was perfect choice for us.

The spa is small but nice for a family who is not looking for a waterpark. Not suitable for adults only. The bathrobes the hotel offers are terrible. Better to have your own with you.

Ventilation Put it in the rooms Sleeping with open windows might work even if I don’t understand why must guests do that easier is to fix ventilation it’s common sense, but problem with that hotel is that trash cans in somewhere around and five in the morning trucks who pick them wake you up Owners should really stay themselves there and try that amazing experience

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Auton sai hyvin kadulle parkkiin ilmaseks jos hotellin pihaan ei mahtunut. Pihassa myös mahdollisuus sähköauton lataamiseen. Aamupala hyvä, vaihtoehtoja sopivasti. Kylpylä pieni mutta kiva, plussaa ulkoallas ja aurinkotuolit. Huoneen sänky kovempi mihin tottunut, mutta ok nukkua. Kadulta ei kuulunut ääniä, viereisistä huoneista jonkin verran.

Bon séjour. Services et personnel : très bien, accueillant et très agréable. Le problème c'est literie : mou et creux donc peut créer des soucis si vous avez un problème de dos.

Ilmastoimaton hotelli Kuressaaren keskustassa

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen Kuressaaren palveluiden ja nähtävyyksien lähellä. Spa on sopivan kokoinen, eikä vierailumme aikana ruuhkautunut. Ilmastoinnin puutos on hotellin suurin ongelma. Käytävät haisevat sukkahieltä ja hiostavalla kelillä huoneita ei saa viileäksi. Aamutakit kylpytakkien sijaan ovat myös liian lämpimät ja kuivuvat hitaasti. Suihkun päätä ei saa säädeltyä itse, mitä on yritetty korvata suihkulakeilla. Kylpylän suomalaisessa saunassa ei ollut lauteille alinta porrasta, mikä teki siitä vaarallisen. Aamupala on kehno ja siitä puuttuivat marjat ja hedelmät lähes kokonaan. Tuoreita mehuja ei myöskään ole, vaan eri makuisia sokerilitkuja. Hinnat ovat oopperajuhlien aikaan pilvissä, miksi majoitus ei tuntunut lainkaan hintansa arvoiselta. Ehkä matalammilla hinnoilla ongelmat eivät haittaisi yhtä paljon. Palvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä.
