Excellent spa with great facilities and good location. Room was nothing like in photos without any equipments even the fridge or kettle. Poor air conditioning and lot of noises from the open window.

Strongly recommend Meri

Second time in this hotel and have to say that this one is great. Great Spa / delicious breakfast / lovely location near the sea/castle and on top of all brilliant service: My son became a bit ill during the recent stay and how they were willing to help in this situation was magnificent. Also the wishes regarding room in forehand were completed again just like we wanted.

Overall nice experience,location is perfect,room size decent,breakfast good.The only minus is for not having fridge and air-conditioning,opened window did not helped and it was only 15-17°

Nice place to stay

I had this hotell as a spa and a place to stay while exploring the island. The staff was very nice and both the room and the spa was perfect. I will definitly return to this place.

Slow service and poor buffet breakfast despite the location of the hotel, it was expensive for what you get abc really nothing special.

Very plain and basic accommodation. The staff was cold and not friendly. Two of the hotel staff, wearing hotel ID’s and in uniform, actually cut right in front of me at the coffee machine, without acknowledging my presence. The lady at reception that checked us in was the only person that smiled and made eye contact.

Close to castle. Did not like that hotel is under renovation and this was not mentioned on description. Also, description says every room has a mini fridge and they said only suites have a mini fridge. Description says pool and sauna are open from 9:00 to 21:00 but sauna center opens only from 17:00 to 19:00.

NOT as advertised!!

We booked on Hotels.com. The room was supposed to have an in room coffee maker, mini bar, AC, and use of the spa amenities. The actual room had no coffee maker, no mini bar, no AC, and the hot tub and saunas are only available 1700-2100 M-F. And the view was of a parking lot thru a window that wouldn't open!! Because of all the misinformation on the hotels.com website, the hotel agreed to give us a room with a balcony and sea view but still none of the other amenities. The rooms must have very thin walls, we could hear the bathrooms on both sides of us and every guest that walked down the hall.

SPA was very nice. The rooms were clean, but the hair dryer didn't work and couldn't be replaced. After visiting the spa, there were complications with drying my hair. I was given a very low-quality hair dryer that burned my hair.

Gutes Hotel wo leider das Bad im Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Wellnessbereich war schön. Nur gab es leider keine großen Handtücher und in den Saunen sind oft Kinder herumgesprungen. Das war leider Schade! Das Frühstück war an sich gut nur von dem Orangensaft würde ich abraten.
