"Our most important take aways…overall the food from the hotel was not very good (ordered 4 times as traveling with our dog, and there is no such thing as dog friendly dining at this time of the year) beautiful setting, beautiful view from room, room was average clean, fridge in room had no shelves and no freezer (regardless of what they tell you when you call to confirm prior to booking) very noisy guest in suite above (hotel does not seem to be sound proofed) could hear their tub running constantly? and their music thumping. complained to staff about all of the issues we experienced and though it seemed like they were trying to help…no resolve was found for any of these issues. Again, the view was very lovely."

The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety. "Very hospitable owner. Went our of her way to make us feel comfortable. We had to leave early and would have had to miss the breakfast, but she made us up an excellent "meal in a bag" to take with us. Great place!!"
