Really fantastic spot with mid-range price. The guy at the front desk (Vihn) helped me arrange and re-areange transportation with "very" short notice, it was a huge help having someone who speaks the language. Asside, the shower had some mold, which I'm sure the staff would have fixed if i had asked.

The hotel should mention that breakfast is not on site. It is actually a 5 minute ride by motorbike. No english tv channels, and safe was not working when we checked in. Some parts of the bedding were stained and ripped. However, staff was very helpful, friendly, and tried their best to accommodate.

We spent one night here before trekking. The service was friendly. The breakfast was good cooked to order eggs and pho. The room was okay, rather dated and could be have been cleaner. The shoer had some dark mildew in corners

Nice staff on check in. Plenty of restaurants around. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was good. Leaving early to catch bus to Hanoi at 7pm. Breakfast for 2 was packed for us at 6:45am.

Great spot in Sa Pa
The service here was fantastic - all the staff were friendly & helpful. We got in early off the train from Hanoi, & were offered breakfast upstairs as well as luggage storage. The room was nice & big & clean. The breakfast was good & we also had llate unch at the hotel on our last day before catching the train back to Hanoi. They also serve some different & interesting cocktails. The hotel is located close to the train station to go to Fansipan & also to the Sa Pa Cultural Museum. There are a variety of restaurants on the same street as the hotel too.

Great hotel
This hotel is well located for shopping and restaurants. It needs a bit of tlc as it’s quite old but it’s clean and the beds are very comfy with great pillows! Nice bathrooms. Good facilities in rooms. Try to get a room with a view of the mountains as our balcony was facing other buildings at the back. What made this hotel was the staff. They were very helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Great location
The location is ideal, being in the centre of Sapa with plenty of places in short walking distance to eat at. We were there in the cold, foggy month of January and it was great looking out the window of our room watching the view disappear and reappear as the thick fog came and went. The hotel had a good dinner menu too.

Super hotel in Sapa
Very pleasant stay all round - the room was fantastic and a great surprise! We did a great trek organised by the hotel too. Just make sure you have proper walking boots if it's wet!!!!

Definitely recommend!
Overall, it was good and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is in excellent condition and the front staff is amazingly nice! A couple things to watch out for: the heater doesn't get quite hot enough, so we had to wear additional clothes to keep warm at night and take the extra blanket since we went during February when it dipped below 30 degree Fahrenheit. Also we requested to do laundry with them, it did not finish at time that we requested it for. We gave the laundry at around 8am in the morning and asked for it to be done by 10:30am and it finished around 11:30am and we had to pack our laundry and then run to our bus that was going to leave around 12. Luckily, the bus station was near the hotel so it wasn't too bad. But we wished it could've finished on time given that we told them when our bus is scheduled to leave. The restaurant ice cream is not good at all, so don't get that. The breakfast buffet is pretty amazing, they have morning pho which is the best kind of pho! The location is near multiple eateries and shopping. We asked the hotel to set up a tour for us at the Cat Cat Village and it went really well. So if you went during not so cold season and give the hotel more time to do your laundry, then definitely come here!

Nice hotel close to the Sapa city center
Nice hotel, nice people at checkin. Can't get any closer to the city center and shopping. Short walks lead to lots of hiking opportunities.

Excellent location, value for money
Internet was good and location was excellent. Service was pretty good except for the over eager staff who dragged my luggage across the floor instead of wheeling it, resulting in bad scratches. Have to wait for hot water between users. Room was a little dusty. Overall, still very, very good value for money.
