The staff are friendly and helpful. Just that the location is not as suitable for old and weak people because there’s a slope to climb before reaching the hotel. Otherwise, it’s very good.

The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Great affordable hotel with breakfast included. Is a little far from the center of Sapa, but, everything is close in Sapa. The best is the staff of the kitche.

가장중요한 방내부는 깔끔하고 전경도 좋음. 프론트에 궁금한거나 예약이필요한거 요청하면 열심히 찾아봐주고 설명해주는 아주 파이팅넘치는 분 계시고. 호텔위치가 살짝언덕이긴하지만 버스터미널이나 야시장이랑 가까워서 도시 들어오고 나가기 좋은듯함

The hotel looks better on the pictures, than in reality. The room was clean, the breakfast was not perfect, but eatable. The swimming pool and gym looked badly maintained. Was very hot and humid inside,all gym equipment was rusty. The staff was nice. In general, goodvalue for money.
