"The hotel needs a makeover! The pictures profiled are not current as the hotel is quite run down. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, there was a big gap above the door out to the balcony, the shower had no drain so the water ran from the shower across the bathroom to a hole in the floor by the toilet. You could hear the people in the rooms adjacent and also anyone in the hallway. On a side note the hotel is set back from the main road so it dampened the street noise somewhat. I am sure back in the day it was a lovely hotel but it needs some work to return the grandeur. "

"We had a great time at this hotel! Location is super central, right across SunPlaza station, the starting point to Mt Fanzipan and across Sap Square and Stone Church. Rooms were excellent - our rooms had a nice view of the square. Note at wintertime, they only have heating so if you feel warm, just open the window. Family room is very spacious. Staff were courteous. Breakfast had lots of options for international guests. "
