"All the staff are very excellent in service..from the front desk, Pau, David, gents at the door Benson, Michael and Francis and the dinning staff...Jessa and Team and of course the cleaning staff. We have the most wonderful experienced at City Garden hotel. Very welcoming staff and excellent service. We definitely booked and be back next month. We did the right choice to book to stay at City garden hotel. Thanks to all the excellent staff and keep up the good work."

"Great experience! Lots of amenities including in room massages, 24hr gym, beautiful dining, and awesome pool! Staff are absolutely amazing and nice and helpful! My only recommendation would be a toilet update but the shower/bath was very nice"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were all so respectful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and even replied to my email the night before our flight when I needed to schedule an airport shuttle last minute, I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were! The breakfast buffet was amazing, so delicious and with different selections every day, which made mornings something to look forward to. Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, and the Richmonde Café team for making our stay extra special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it truly made a difference. Can’t wait to come back! 💛 "
