「On short notice they had every in order to welcome me, great second floor room with a nice small balcony, wonderful aesthetic and professional and reliable service from our kind hosts, great fresh breakfast every single morning and met every adjustment or accommodation necessary. Felt safe and not crowded, great of a getaway for a couple, with the beach at a walkable short distance. 」

「The room we were given was in poor quality. There were no slippers, shower gel and shampoo not refilled, no mini bar refrigerator and the shower room door was broken. The management response was also slow. We just cannot imagine this is the service standard and facility standard of Radisson Blu.」
