「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Palazzo Monga was pure elegance and luxury. We felt like royalty staying here! We stayed as a family in the presidential suite, which was such a beautiful room and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Our host Arthur made sure every detail of our stay was perfect from arranging a car to pick us up at the train station to recommending restaurants and places to see in Verona. I highly recommend getting the breakfast room service. 」
