"This is more a message to management. I usually do not do reviews. There were multiple issues. One is ok, but they had a few. When we came into the place there was crumbs on the floor near the couch. My wife flagged down a person and got it vacuumed. The toilet area did not have soup, we worked around this but they should put some in that area. 10/10 Excellent

"Great location, staffs were helpful. Room was clean and spacious. One minor thing need to be addressed such as two bottles of water given as complimentary on the first day only. We have no issues of buying the water next family mart (30 second of walk LoL). This is just our comparison of the hotels we had stayed. Overall, it was enjoyable experiences."

South Gate Hotel Okinawa Naha Tomari Port (Direct Access to Tomarin)

"The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price. My wife and I loved how spacious the room was and really enjoyed the layout. We stayed in a Comfort Room with double beds and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The only thing I wish the room had was a coffee maker. There was a hot water kettle and coffee cups, but surprisingly, no coffee or tea packets were provided. The air conditioning also did not get the room quite as cold as I would have liked, but it was still comfortable. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were also very good. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Breakfast warning: you must order your scrambled eggs at the eggs station, where only one chef is responsible for the entire room. When you finally receive your eggs, the coffee you also need to request from a waiter will be cold. This minor oversight makes the experience rather disappointing, especially considering the variety and quality of the buffet."
