"​I was very disappointment with Sonesta at Lafayette with whom I had a reservation for March 13th. I had booked a room for four guests about a week in advance. To ensure a smooth check-in, I called the front desk four hours prior to my arrival to confirm we would be checking in late. I was explicitly told by your staff that this would not be an issue. ​Despite these precautions, we arrived just after midnight to find the hotel overbooked and no room available. While we were redirected to a nearby hotel, the inconvenience of being displaced after a long day—especially after calling to confirm—is unacceptable"

"The property was clean an safe. The staff was nice but I had to go down stairs to get towels after asking calling the front desk earlier that morning for someone to bring some towels about earlier that morning. The breakfast was hot and delicious."

Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. "
