「We did a 3 night break. The staff were very friendly great people. Lovely social sitting areas. Nice bar and coffee area. The bed room very spacious, beds were clean the bathroom was clean but no window and the vent didn’t work so it smelt damp. We kept the door shut and once we had our showers the smell was not so bad. The sitting area was great space furniture parts worn but nothing really to stop us going back. Location very convenient. Nice cafes restaurants local convenience stores. Would I...

「property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left.
