「我們當天早上到達旅館，但未有職員當值，很不容易聯絡上，表示 2pm 才上班，但為了我們也願意 12noon 上班幫我們 check in，退房時也樂意幫忙聯絡下一間旅館，職員能用流利英語溝通，若可以 24 小時有職員當值更佳。地點方便，步行約 15 分鐘即可到達景點區，但附近食肆不算多。房間大致如圖片所示。」

「The location is very close to Riva Waterfront. I loved this hotel, although I came here in winter time, the hotel still offered me the five-star accommodation and service to me. I especially loved the free breakfast which I could choose from their list apart from the buffet options. Also, waitress - Adrijana was amiable and professional. I was there for breakfast for three days and I could feel her passion for providing the best service to the guests. Moreover, I would like to thanks front desk...

Excellent!

"Excellent in all the way ! Beautiful sea view room. The view is incredible! Location is good; room is clean and big. Bed is comfortable. All staff are good n nice, especially the tall guy manager in the restaurant, very professional, breakfast is good can order hot food; the receptionist also helpful,.I am sure will come back. "
