「Room ok, but some work required in the bathroom 」

「We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. We had no television remote, therefore no entertainment, not even music for the entire stay. I even asked them to provide us with a tv remote after the first night, and explained the problems we were we were having getting anything on the tv to work without it. And still, even after promising to bring us another remote, they never came. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the restroom, nor was there a working smoke detector or fire alarm device in the room...

We arrived late at night, there were people (maybe guests?) out front being incredibly loud, barefoot kids playing on the main staircase, food smells permeated everything. 「Bath room wasn't as clean as it should be for 218 a nite. The baseboards need to be cleaned . The handles on the drawers in bathroom are rusted . The light fixtures are rusted . The stuff was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. They hallways and stairwell could use a good cleaning the carpets need to be cleaned too . 」

「I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.」
