「This is just under new management. The room we stayed in needs new carpet or vinyl at the door entrance. Water pressure was GREAT! Would stay there again.」

「I just stayed two nights at BI&S for the first time and found it very nice for many reasons: It's easy access from Hwy 53, I checked in around 9pm and process was quick and pleasant, clean room and bed, quiet, convenient and well lit - safe parking, located next to a Kwik Trip and the Casa Margarita #3 restaurant. I plan to return to BI&S in the future.」

「The room was comfortable/tastefully decorated. Their website stated that breakfast was provided. In checking in, I was told that they are no longer providing breakfast. The ice machine is not working but if you ask, a bag of ice will be provided. The cleanliness could be improved. I wiped a spill off from the bathroom floor and the tissue was black. There were also black areas on the edges of the shower curtain as if a mechanic with greasy hands had handled it. I wiped off a spot of dried...

「Most of the units were individual units. Office and front step area could use some sprucing up. The beds were comfortable. There were no klenex available in the room nor cups with the coffee maker. For the times, the cost was just under $100.」

「The hotel was great, very clean. Michael (Mike) who was there on check in and check out was very pleasant and friendly. He was fantastic. The grab and go breakfast had many choices. We were there during a snow fall, so the TV dish went out for awhile (2-3 hours), but Dish was called and they took care of it. The bed could use some updating, it wasn't very comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. 」
