tiny room

The Pullman rooms are very small and the bathrooms are worse. When you come in you can't open the door all the way because it hits the bed. They have the round mini toilets and very small and hard to use showers. No counter space for your things. Overpriced for what you get. On the positive side, the room is very clean and the management is cordial and helpful.

Pullman has NO ties to Expedia and there for my reservation was not filled..When I called Pullman Hotel to get my key he said he is NOT with Expedia in any way so I could not get a room for there were no room available, had to go to another town to get a Hotel room...I am demanding a REFUND from you Expedia back to my credit card..$85.37

Most of the units were individual units. Office and front step area could use some sprucing up. The beds were comfortable. There were no klenex available in the room nor cups with the coffee maker. For the times, the cost was just under $100.

Run down and disgusting

Mildew in the bathroom, ceiling tile was wet and sagging, walls so thin I could hear my neighbor’s business transactions all night long, refrigerator was dirty and beds were absolutely horrible. No place for kids.

Could be nice if it had some TLC

I’m not a complainer but this place needs a lot of attention I understand it has been taken over by a fairly new management and he has his work cut out for him,the bed was so bad that I would have slept on the floor if it wasn’t so nasty and I’ve never had to wear my slippers in a room due to the fact that I was afraid of catching a fungus. If I were to rent a room to someone with a bed as nasty as the one I attempted to sleep on i would go to the goodwill and get any mattress they had to purchase, it would be better than the one there, and also purchase some new towels they were so nasty they had fesses on them and were so old. I went to the Walgreens and purchased some new towels and Lysol,the smell of the room was very musty, and I had to run the air conditioner twenty four seven;that didn’t work very well;;;if I would have rented the room with a cancellation policy I would have not had to stay,there I should have not been so dang cheap and spent more money on a nicer place,i hope the owner fixes up this place and invites me back to see how nice this place could be,,I hope he wins the lottery it’s going to take alot to spruce up this old place;;;;;;GOOD;;; LUCK;;;;

What happened to the Pullman??? It used to be a nice little place. Now there’s mold growing in the bathroom. Musty smell in the towels and overall room. Ceiling tiles are starting to buckle at the edge of the room. Pillows are about 1 - 1 1/2 inches thick. Went to take a shower and no hot water. Called the front desk and no answer. Office opens few hours after check out. Key drop off in a mailbox.

Only fair part was location to the local OHV trails. Limited to no knowledge of such by staff. Cost was relatively inexpenive versus other locations. For what appeared to be 1 person ran, wasn't terrible. Plenty of room for improvements

Nice motel in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was great about the room except for the shower. It seemed to be in poor condition and needs to be replaced.

Do not stay there.

Avoid this place like the plague. It has ridiculous check in hours, 230-900 pm. no after hours check in. No phone calls. Terrible customer service. Do not give them a credit card number if you are not there at their ridiculous check in times management will charge your card. I got charged for both nights of my reservation and didn't even get to stay there. Hotels.com should no longer list this hotel.

The room was very nice and our housekeeper did a nice job. The internet didn't work very well in our room and our check in clerk wasn't the most helpful but that was a smaller thing. all in all the stay was pleasant. Quiet part of town and a nice family restaurant near by.

Did online reservation at 915pm. Got to hotel at 1010 pm office closes at 9pm. Called, got answering machine. Knocked. Very intoxicated proprietor answered. I said I made an online reservation. He said well we close at 9, you missed your check in, have to take it up with your bank. And closed the door. How can you take online reservations after your office is closed and still take the money.

My room lacked basic cleanliness, lots of dust on the end tables, vacuumed poorly if at all. the shower had a used face cloth hanging over the shower bar. Internet did not work. Room smelled dirty and like cigarettes. The office is only open from 2:30pm till 9pm daily. No phone number given to call the office as there is no phone in the room.
