「Great room, staff was very friendly, door cards were glitchy but they gave us new ones right away. And we had an issue with a smell in our room and they moved us with no issues. 」

「This hotel is under new management and you can tell because everything went pretty smooth and the place felt cleaner. The young lady in the front with glasses that checked me in and helped me throughout my days there(I feel bad for not looking at her name tag) was so kind and understanding. I was there in total about 6 days.I asked to move rooms after the 2nd day and she accommodated me with no problems. The only negative and this has nothing to do with the staff was the "workout room" because...

「The hotel is clean and modern, staff is friendly and helpful, airport shuttle was fast to pick us up and was ready on time to take us to the airport in the early morning. Easy access to the city Green Line bus to downtown. Flight sounds are a bit loud at night which is no surprise for an airport hotel but it didn’t hurt our sleep. Beds are very comfortable and clean. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「Staff and facility were excellent. If not for the torrential rains and some flooding it would have been a perfect stay. Staff handled everything very well and did their best to accommodate all the guests. Great place to stay.」
