「Was an OK stay. Room was dated, sheet worn and not as clean as we would have liked. Bed not comfortable. Breakfast good and hotel grounds neat. Service from staff spotty, some good and some not. 」

「The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay.」

「The location is prefect for a relaxing stay in a serene environment. The river and natural setting is was great. Hotel room a bit dated and will do with some refreshing. Staff were attentive and helpful.」

「Very well located 5min walk from Rosebank Gautrain station. It was easy and convenient to make the return journey to the airport. The staff were all very polite and attentive, I interacted with security, reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and all were exceptionally helpful. I appreciated the hotel preparing a packed breakfast for a safari trip starting early before the breakfast buffet was opened. 「Beautiful upscale historic property in a nice commercial neighbourhood of Johannesburg. Unfortunately my stay there was brief because I was on a stop-over from Kruger National Park on the way to Victoria Falls.」
