「good hotel，will stay next time」

「Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, Service super nett. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig. Lage ist laut aber in der Altstadt üblich. Lästig ist die wahnsinnig laute Klimaanlage deren Gebläse sich nicht auf Stufe 1 runter regeln lassen kann. 」

「Havia no quarto apenas um ar condicionado muito velho barulhento. Não tinha frigobar, para colocar uma água gelada. Mas, como era apenas para passar uma noite. Mesmo sem os ingredientes normais que contém um quarto de hotel, atendeu a necessidade.」

「This was our second stay at this property. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We did notice the unit we stayed in this time did have more marks on the walls plus a A/C holder wall plate pulled out of the wall. Hopefully Corporate Stays will make sure they maintain the quality in the coming years. 」

「I was in a corner room and the property decided to do construction on the rooms directly next to me and directly across from me the entire week of my stay. There is a window off track in the back right corner of the stay and despite me putting the do not disturb sign on the door the housekeeper insisted on knocking on the door and one day when I was out still came and serviced the room. I’m OCD and there’s a reason I didn’t want my room disturbed. There were no washcloths. As far as amenities...

「Dated and run down generally. Both the rooms and common areas were in poor condition and not very clean. The room we were in had mould on the lamp shades and very tatty decor generally. The TV remote control was filthy and we didn’t touch it. The room had takeaway cups for coffee which is not very environmentally conscious. The buffet meal plan was basic and the supposedly hot food was mainly cold as the American tourists come in on mass, they lift off all the lids on the buffet hot food and...

「You need to be fit to climb 3 flight of stairs. There is no lift.」

「The staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Music blaring in lobby and restaurant were unbearable. However, the pool was fabulous!」
