"Very well renovated property with nice staff! Well located. However we got the deluxe room and it was so tiny we had to open our bags in the bathroom. We also didn’t get our room serviced everyday, and I suspect it’s because they don’t have enough staff to get it done efficiently while we were out exploring. Though I loved our stay there, the price is a little steep for the size of the room."

"It’s a very tiny hotel, elevator and rooms … location is really safe and convenient. What I am not happy about is how the rooms are clean , they seemed old with what ever they were made off , in bathroom wall was cheeping and truly glass was cover with old dirt . I had option with breakfast, so u had to go to other building across of street and choose from limited option ( special menu ) . Not sure if I want to back to the same hotel in the future since room for 2 summed like for 1 where u could hardly move."

"Madame Rêve is an extraordinary hotel and was one of the highlights of our stay in Paris. The historic former post office is magnificent, and the designers have done something difficult exceptionally well: preserved the character and history of the building while creating rooms that feel sophisticated, warm, modern and unmistakably Parisian. Our room was gorgeous—beautiful herringbone floors, rich wood, leather and marble, thoughtful architectural details and furnishings, and an incredible bathroom. Everything felt considered rather than simply “luxurious.” Even the hotel’s signature rose-and-cedar scent is beautiful and adds to the sense that every detail of the experience has been deliberately designed. The rooftop is spectacular. The panoramic views across Paris are genuinely breathtaking, particularly at night—you can see Sacré-Cœur glowing over Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower illuminated in the distance, and the rooftops and monuments of Paris in seemingly every direction. The sauna was another wonderful surprise and such a luxurious place to retreat after spending the day walking through Paris. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered was warm, gracious, attentive and genuinely helpful. The service was polished without ever feeling stiff or impersonal, and the staff made us feel incredibly well cared for throughout our stay. The location in the 1st arrondissement is fantastic for exploring Paris on foot. Madame Rêve manages to be historic,"
