「This is my trip to Paris for pre-wedding photo-shoot. Casa O is a small hotel with shared pantry - i wasn't aware of that when i do the booking. But the rooms inside are spacious, enough area for both of us to have our 29" luggage opened on the floor - which is not possible for many hotels in Paris which have tiny rooms. I have my wedding gowns and lots of stuff with me for this trip, but it wasn't a mess in the room. The host is so sweet to have prepared roses and a quick note for us about our...

Best is the staff, both reception and house keeping are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the little shaking sound, I believe may be from the metro. Overall a wonderful experience.」

「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」
