8/10 Very Good! (1,835 reviews)
Great location and a decent place to lay your head at night. Rooms are small but space is used well and bathrooms are plenty big. Main issue was the bed with mattress that fell off in the middle of the night and they allow people to smoke right outside the entrance so you gotta walk through that and it even smells like cigarette smoke inside. It seems Copenhagen is quite expensive so we appreciated the good location and relative value, but they could stand to improve a few things as well.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (422 reviews)
It was an apartment style room so had everything needed. The main building was very nice and had lots of amenities such as gym sauna (mixed and female only), nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner (although we did not eat there)

9.4/10 Exceptional! (311 reviews)
Cute hotel if you’re looking for those “Insta” photos. If you’re after a great “spa” experience I’d look elsewhere. The sauna/steam rooms were on the top floor so you have to go in a lift.
Great room and gorgeous toiletries 💕

8.4/10 Very Good! (645 reviews)
"The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t ..."
