「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」

「Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. 「Dusan was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. We were really made to feel very welcome & thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The rooftop pool is a great asset. The only slight improvement that could be made is to the breakfast options. Fruit availability is limited and the hot food could be better. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel.
