「A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.」

「The private pool and the room were beautifully set up, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was great. The breakfast menu was also really good.」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. 「Nice and cozy, great direct access to pool. The staff was friendly but we had a coacroach in our room and there was no one in the reception, we had to go out and buy products ourselves.」

「The driveway to the guesthouse was appalling. It was so narrow that most Grab bookings would message asking us to meet them on the road as the driveway was too small for them to come down. It also needs to be paved or concreted to make walking on it, especially at night, a little safer. The paving inside the guesthouse is not suitcase friendly as it is slabs of concrete with large gaps in between.
