「A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.」

「The private pool and the room were beautifully set up, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was great. The breakfast menu was also really good.」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「I stayed one night prior to flying home. Hotel is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, but fairly basic by western standards. Overall a good value for the price. If I was wanting to stay and see Sanur Beach there are other hotels closer to the beach, a little nicer, but at a higher cost. 」

「The property is situated a little off a beaten track and at first you wonder what the heck are you are going to find when you arrive? The villa staff were waiting for us upon arrival with welcoming smiles. We had an early flight and a whatsapp to the villa manager the day before ensured us an eary check in. The 3 bedroom villa itsself is huge with dreamy views of the manicured garden, 30m infinity pool iand the early morning sunrise over the ocean :) On a clear day you have an spectacular view...

「The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

「Nice and cozy, great direct access to pool. The staff was friendly but we had a coacroach in our room and there was no one in the reception, we had to go out and buy products ourselves.」
