「Everything is fine, good location to Sanur port, but breakfast just soso」

「We loved our stay here ❤️」

「I paid extra for my kid but i didn’t get extra bed (when compared to other hotel i booked). The cup and bottle cap was dirty. The old staff in the bar of lobby was not friendly.」

「Staff throughout hotel were wonderful. One evening my door handle to my room broke and the next morning they had replaced it. Everything went smoothly. The massages at the spa were 1st class. I recommend the palm reading too.」

「It was a tranquil place inside the homestay. Busy part of sanur during the day due to proximity to the sanur harbour. Perfect location for taking ferries to the islands. Lola and Ray were very nice. Cats on site were super cute. Feed them if you go there❤️」

「宽敞，离海边近附近吃的多」

「A very welcoming member of staff showed to to my room and told me the basics, it was just a layover but offered me all I wanted a bed and shower, it was also very clean.」

「Villa is exactly how it is advertised. Clean, spacious and in a fairly quiet area in Sanur. 17 min bike ride to beach area, has a few small eateries and convenient stores in walking distance, off main street. Pool is well maintained and housekeeping comes roughly every other day. They replace all linen, clean all areas including the pool. Staff and management are very responsive Villa comes with coffee, tea and sugar. Definitely recommend」

「Clean property and staff was very kind! Only downside was the school right next door which was very loud in the mornings」

「Cheap price. Service is OK. But the facilities are quite old. If you want to visit middle of Bali, the location of this hotel is very good.」

「Lovely pool and staff. Despite how cheap the room was the bedding was dirty, the rest was okay for a one-night stop after arriving in Denpasar. 」

「The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to...

「Not great location but great for what we paid 」

「很舒服的一間旅館.景觀很棒,房間也很乾淨.」

「The driveway to the guesthouse was appalling. It was so narrow that most Grab bookings would message asking us to meet them on the road as the driveway was too small for them to come down. It also needs to be paved or concreted to make walking on it, especially at night, a little safer. The paving inside the guesthouse is not suitcase friendly as it is slabs of concrete with large gaps in between. We only had two small suitcases, so it wasn't too bad, but if anyone had bigger or heavier cases,...

「服務不錯! 設備普通，近市區餐飲購物方便，但容易塞車!」

「Bhatara Villas are tucked away in an active village in Sanur. The property was great & the food from the on-site restaurant was excellent. You could dine-in, or have your food delivered to the villa which was convenient. There was also a kitchenette in the villa if you prefer to prepare your own meals. We enjoyed the privacy, as well as the hospitality from the staff. We even managed to squeeze in a very nice massage just before we departed from the Spa services offered on site. I'd certainly...
