"The hotel is very nice in my opinion. Our room was very spacious and I really enjoyed the balcony looking out at the ocean. The hotel is very quiet and located in a nice area. You can walk to several restaurants with ease. I also enjoyed that beach service, with the free chairs, umbrella, and towels. Within a couple of minutes of us visiting the booth on the beach, we were setup and ready to go. My only callout would be the valet fee. The valets are very professional and quick to respond, however, they do charge $60 per day. I’m not saying it’s not justified, just calling it out for those who may not be aware."

"We stayed there for our 49th wedding anniversary. Usually a hotel will send a bottle to your room; not this hotel. The people who work at this hotel are not happy and it shows in their attitude with the customers. In my opinion, there needs to be a management change at the top to produce a happier atmosphere and employees who are more customer oriented. "
