「We originally booked an ocean view tent but were asked if we would mind taking an upgrade in an ocean view villa as the owner was away and the tents were not prepared for guests. We were fine with either option. The villa was clean, private and well appointed. The view was stunning. We did not meet any staff so cannot comment. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements.
