「Tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Einziges Manko war, dass unser Zimmer zum Innenhof ging, wo das Fumoir war, so dass wir das Fenster nicht öffnen konnten. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mitten in Barri Gòtic und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. 「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「this was our third location at edition hotels, which was also the most astonishing one of em all. the mattress feels like it’s been used for 50 years, you sink into the bed not lying on it, pretty ridiculous for a FIVE STAR HOTEL. some doorman / doorwoman don’t open the door for you, but they do open the door for white ppl. however, the cleaning crew are very very nice with no exception, that was the only relief to our overall staying. 」
