"Location is very calm and attractive. The whole hotel exudes an atmosphere of quiet, yet generous simplicity and a modern interpretation of rustic charm. The bedroom was more than adequate and the whole deal was good value There is ample parking and the breakfast was sumptuous in range, quantity and quality. Unfortunately there was no restaurant service on the evening of our stay, being a Sunday. Otherwise top notch."

"Really wonderfull hotel. Beautifull setting, Really clean with lovely pool. Staff coulnd not have been more helpfull and provided a really great evening meal even though the kitchen was closed that day. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it to friends."

"We were fortunate enough to stay in one of the tents. Well equipped and comfortable with very agreeable surroundings. Great cycling nearby. The bathroom was good, heating was welcome at this time of year, and I’m sure the air conditioning would be welcome during the sunnier months. Parking was adequate and the place was quiet, and a great place to have a little getaway. The region is beautiful. Certainly at this time of year it was excellent value and great fun. "it was a pleasant stay. great pool. probelm with kitchen tap was fixed staight away. There was mould in bathtub / shower, which should be cleaned up. Parking close to your unit was hit or miss, plus very small turning area if unable to park close."

"The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. However, this was not done. I had to request again for the room to be cleaned in the evening on my return from exploring the area. Apparently there were no notes on their room system re: the deep clean and so it was not done. The staff did eventually vacuum and clean the sofa....but only the sofa. At this level of accomodation, I had expected much more."

"Delightful and beautiful - a perfect stay in this special part of the world. The setting is really special. We loved being close to but not actually in the old walled village. The pool was an added amenity - a peaceful and comfortable oasis after a busy day. The room was cozy and charming. The breakfast was simple and delicious - fresh breads, local yogurt and fruit juices and other treats. Would stay here again if I am lucky enough to be in this part of the world!"
