「Personnel accueillant」

「Ac not working」

「It's a totally relaxing and aromatic hotel in an old beautiful town. We stayed for 4 autumn nights and they have a good parking lot. The hotel hostess Madame Annique is very elegant and helpful. She can speak English and German too, smooth communication! Our Room 8 in the ground floor is connected to a large green park and through which you can walk to the big swimming pool! I loved the hotel lobby very much too. It is decorated in very authentic Provencal style, feeling cozy and pleasant. The...

「Great service by staff.」

「The location was convenient, but it was very difficult to find a good restaurant nearby. I also appreciated the L'Occitane toiletries provided in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. I wouldn't stay here again.」

「We liked the friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but clean. Beautiful pool. Shower was nice. The staff at the restaurant were extremely nice especially Charlotte. The restaurant was wonderful!! All three meals were delicious. They do not have queen size beds. They join two twin beds for a queen size requested. We had tiny ants on the window sill. Probably brought in from a bag I sat on the floor at the small lounge outdoor area. Not sure.」
