「It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

「Pro: bel giardino sul retro. Aria condizionata in una camera. Forno a microonde. Cassetta di sicurezza. Prezzo casa conveniente. Padrone di casa molto disponibile e presente in loco Contro: casa buia essendo a livello più basso della strada. Piastra elettrica funzionante ma molto vecchia. Gli infissi da ristrutturare, porta d'ingresso non si chiudeva bene. La prima camera senza finestra e senza aria/ventilazione」

「Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.」
