「Didn't get timely instructions. Didnt know how to access garage. Hotel does not resemble the picture on Expedia! It's been downsized and the entire surrounding area is changed - which made finding it in the rain at night quite tricky. Once you're in the hotel, it's lovely and well appointed. The breakfast is wonderful. Nice fan in the room to support ventilation.」

「We loved it, and we booked another night right after we arrived, Such a calm, beautiful and original place to spend some time, and feel at ease with nature. The cabin offered all we needed, from a well equipped kitchen, BBQ, canoe, up to a speaker and board games. We got a genuine warm welcome and goodbye from the hosts Camilla and Thomas. We would love to stay again. Thanks again!」

「As Lord of the Ring fans, we were excited to start our trip to Sweden in this unique “cave” or “hobbit hole”. We were very disappointed. First, when we booked the room it said towels were not included. A few days after our opportunity to cancel without penalty, they sent an updated policy to state they would not include linens or towels. Then when we arrived a few minutes before check in should have begun, the man was closing up for the day! If we had not been early, we would have not known how...

「This is a gorgeous property! We stayed for a long weekend to attend a wedding and had a fabulous time. Although our hotel room was in the older wing of the hotel, the room was in outstanding condition and spotless. The staff and the food/beverage options are also great! Highly recommend and feel like this place is a hidden gem given how remote it feels but yet how relatively close it is to CPH.」
