Väldigt personligt och gemytligt litet ställe. Personalen var mkt hjälpsam. Frukosten har allt man kan önska och restaurangen håller hög klass. Laddning av elbil fungerade utmärkt.

Jättefin svit med egen balkong. Sviten nyttjades för boende då vi vigdes Hovdala slottsträdgård. Saknade bara en kyl att kyla champagnen i, därav en fyra på servicen.

Väldigt mysigt hotell, god och lyxig frukost, toppen med våfflor, uppskattades av barnen. Rent och rymligt fräscht rum, inga problem att få plats med extrasäng som vi bokat. Trevlig traditionell lite gammaldags stil och mysiga rum samt trevlig innergård och matsal. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Behöver jobba på service och enhagemang

En del anställda var väldigt serviceminded andra mindre. Man fick ha hund på hotellet men det kändes svårt att passera för att komma till sitt rum utan att gå utomhus. Receptionen missar att se sina gäster och hälsa på dem. Lite att jobba på här. Tråkigt meny. Mer vegetariskt. Regler i köket - håll höger. Tråkigt med pekpinnar.

Vi hade förväntat en trevlig upplevelse med god mat i restaurangen och en god nattsömn. Men det blev en enkel grillkväll som följdes av en stökig natt med hög musik . Hade vi fått veta att det var dansbands kväll skull vi valt ett annat boende .

Need to have information about the facility and its amenities in English also. Housekeeping did not come one day to change the towels or make the bed. Staff was very helpful when this was brought to their attention and provided fresh towels. Thank you!

Fin miljö men dålig luft i rummet.

Fin miljö och ett stort bra rym i annexet. Tyvärr dras helhetsintrycket ner av en obefintlig ventillation i rummet. Det räcker inte med snabblösningen som bestod av en golvfläkt. Frukosten var av medelstandard. Lite dålig service när man inte lyckades ordna ett bord i restaurangen trots att vi inte bokat ett bord.
