「The hotel is not in the city central. So it is a little inconvenient if you want to buy something. But the hotel is very nice. I went to the spa and sauna every night. 「The room was clean and spacious. We loved the bar, kids areas, and bar staff was very friendly. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of Efteling, and drive-able to other restaurants and shopping. We loved having a market directly beneath the hotel. We just wished there was at least a mini refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We bought some perishables (cheese, meats) from the market and couldn't store them anywhere cold. 」

「The staff at the property were super friendly, and really seemed to enjoy interacting with children. They took their time to help with queries you had and never made you feel rushed. Really great team, thank you once again for making our stay memorable. Breakfast was very good, only slight downside is that there was no toaster. The pillows were very high, and there weren't any flatter alternatives in the wardrobe. I asked the housekeeping team for a flatter pillow and they provided me with one....

「Room was excellent, only very slight issue was a sticky mark on one of the bedside tables, but that was minor in the grand scheme of things. Decent size room, heating was required as outside temp was cold and it worked well. Shower and bathroom excellent, and the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on - wish I could get one shipped back to the UK! 「The hotel is lovely. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and helpful. They are lovely.The food was excellent in the Restaurant.The area is very quiet. There are currently building works going on, but its not very loud at all. The spa area is very clean and a very nice area to relax in. I would highly recommend staying here. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you for a very pleasant stay, we will be back soon.」

「The front desk are very nice and kind, the location of the hotel is near to the station, within 5 mins walk. The only issue is the sink is blocked up and the water can’t go down. 」
