Overall really nice place, well located next to the cathedral and square. Room was perfect for what i needed, bathroom and shower lovely and the virtual receptionist was very cool

Really liked this hotel. Was nervous about the virtual reception, but it worked really well. We got there early going to leave our bags while we explored and didn't know how this would work with no reception. But the virtual receptionist was brilliant, spoke to a real person who checked us in and even got us in our room early. Same food experience when checking out and leaving luggage at the end of our stay. Hotel room was nice and comfortable. Great location.

Het communiceren met het personeel middels het hologram is verschrikkelijk. Ik begrijp niet zo goed waarom er niet op gezette tijden een fysiek persoon op een fysieke locatie aanwezig kan zijn. Het personeel was overigens vriendelijk en welwillend. Er was ook een fout gemaakt bij het opmaken van de bedden (te weinig). Dat werd rechtgezet. De kamer (driepersoons-) was verder prima.

Prima verblijf,schone kamer,fijn dat toilet apart is vd badkamer. Ontbijt voldoende. Daar was behulpzaam personeel. Inchecken was bijzonder,was even wennen. En hotel midden in centrum,en toch rustig. Gezellige winterse sfeer op het plein bij het hotel.

Locatie: geweldig, midden in het centrum. Niks mis met het hotel, nette kleine kamer in de kelder, maar alles is aanwezig en het is er schoon. De ontvangst was erg futuristisch, een receptioniste op afstand via het scherm, heel modern. Maar wij misten wel de fysieke receptioniste.

Geen normale receptie maar in plaats daarvan iemand op een scherm die je incheckt.., ander welkom gevoel dan gebruikelijk. Kamer heel klein, in een kelder wat een benauwd gevoel gaf. Twee luchtfilters naast het bed waar ijskoude lucht uitkwam. Badkamer was ook ijskoud waar niks aan te doen was. Prijs / kwaliteit echt zeer matig.
