「In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. 」

「First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy. Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre. We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot. Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure.」
