Excellent location and comfortable hotel

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from The Square. Easily accessible by car and lots of parking space available. Good breakfast selection at the hotel restaurant, and great service both there and at the bar. Large, clean and airy rooms. I appreciated the opportunity to "give a kiwi a meal" by skipping the daily cleaning.

Mattress was super soft made sleeping very hard as you sunk into the bed. Water pressure was terrible, no real water flow at all in shower or bathroom tap Waited for 5 minutes to be seated at breakfast when only a few people were dining, had to go and find someone. The food when served was ok, coffees were cold WiFi was intermittent and had to renew every 24 hours Basically the hotel is not up to Millennium standard Location was good though Staff very friendly and helpful

great location

the room was great - at night i wanted a shower but no hot water so had it in the morning when there was hot water - i asked for a blanket for the bed as there were none in the room and the service for that was fantastic. great location for what i needed.
