The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was modern, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for getting a great night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities throughout the property. The complimentary parking and convenient location near O'Hare Airport made everything even easier. The hotel also offers an indoor pool, fitness center, and an on-site Bistro serving breakfast and evening meals, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. What really stood out was the customer service. Every interaction felt personal, and it's clear the team takes pride in making guests feel at home. It's no surprise the hotel consistently receives praise for its staff and cleanliness from so many travelers. "The place and the room was clean, the staff is very friendly and approachable, the parking was very accessible because there are lots of parking in the compound. Overall the place was clean and very close to restaurants, arcade places for kids, malls, and airport (ORD) 20mins drive. Im from WA stare, we will stay again when we get a chance to visit Chicago again."

"My only issue is the limited number of handicap ♿️ parking spaces (2) by the main entrance which is the only one with automatic doors. There are more reserved spots for their top IHG travelers. They said there are more on other sides of the building, but once again not by an automatic door and one other entrance i had to use including multiple steps before being able to access the elevator. Other than that it is a great location and courteous staff"
