"The property was very loud. A lot of bumping… people hanging out in the halls extremely loud and late in the night. "

"Room was filthy. The first room I was assigned had a broken door lock that could not be secured. There was soap & dirt in the bathtub. I requested another room and it smelled like heavy smoke even though this was supposed to be a Non smoking hotel. This room had a roach crawling on the wall. I have pics to prove everything. Horrible experience. They need to do better."
