「Good」

「During my stay, the jets in the hot tub were not working! Was the main reason I chose this hotel to use the hot tub because the jetted tub rooms were sold out. This was the only thing that disappointed me because I have arthritis and soaking in hot tub helps with the pain. I enjoyed swimming in the pool tho. Which also helps my condition.」

「Very clean」

「lobby providing the water is great.」

「This is the best hotel we have stayed in, clean and comfortable」

「The morning Front desk man was very nice. The late night Front desk man was very helpful. The girl at the desk mid-day to evening was rude, unapproachable, and reprimanded my friend for "taking a chocolate chip cookie" that is handed out at check in. Said "please dont do that again".. all attitude. I was appalled. A freaking cookie!! Also, the bed spread had a stain on it at time of check in. The pool was dirt with algae on the bottom.」

「A lot better than the HIE down the street.」

「Overall good」
