"It started at the front desk. There was a slob back there who could care less, whether I walked in or not, and I got in the elevator. There was stuff that been on the floor. The elevator looked like for a week then I got in my hallway, it was filthy. My room was filthy and smelled of urine. It was so bad that I paid for another hotel so I wouldn’t have to stay any longer at my place."
