Quiet yet quite close to town. In the kitchen there was no fire extinguisher, no washing up liquid or tea towels. It would have been good to have a small freezer. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Parking was convenient.

Got given the incorrect key when checking in so walked into an apartment with people already in it. We then had to circle round and check in again. The new room we were given was a huge downgrade with no sea view. There was no mention that the spa required tight fitting shorts before arriving so was unable to go in unless you buy new speedos for £40. The main apartment light was flickering and held up by a wooden spoon. Looked like a cheap motel from American horror documentaries and did not feel safe at all. Such a shame as the village was really lovely with great night life on the sea front just let down by the hotel

Overnight beach stop

The apartment had everything we could want for for our overnight stay or even for a couple of weeks with our children. We stayed for one night so didn't make use of the hotels facilities much only had a look around. The beach however is beautiful with white soft sand and tidal swimming pools with a diving platform for high tide. A really beautiful place to stay we will be back for a longer stop.

Great apartment

The apartment was great with 2 good sized bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and good WIFI. The balcony was big enough for a table, 4 chairs and a sunbed and was mot overlooked. Check in is at the main hotel which is a 2 minutes walk. The staff are all helpful. Just be aware that if you wish to use the pool and spa it is 19 euros per adult and 13 euros per child each time you use it. Would strongly recommend the creperie next to the hot.

We were some way from the main hotel, in an apartment overlooking the car park. The whole place was shabby and in need of updating. The shower did not work properly, mould around the bath and on the grout on the tiles. The extractor fan didn’t work.. the mattresses were lumpy, and on one bed the base was coming away. Two handles were broken on the kitchen cupboards. There was no instruction for use of anything or safety issues. Would not recommend. We did ask on arrival if we could transfer to the main hotel if there was a vacancy. Nothing happens.

Toilet seat loose, basin in bathroom very slow to drain, no soap by bathroom basin, bulb blown in bedroom. No access code for car park given with booking meaning a trip down to the main hotel and also to collect a room key.

Took over one half hour driving around looking for the apartment after checking in at the main office. Reason: never changed on the English map or told us there was a new name for the apartments. Also, a laundry cart dented our rental car. Two more - no soap in the shower and only 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people staying 2 nights.

Clearly we were the first guests of the season in this apartment? And clearly maintenance hadn’t done their job. Too many things broken or wrong but most importantly the hotel did nothing to rectify any of it, particularly the broken roller shutter in front of the patio doors that meant we had half the natural daylight as it wouldn’t open. We reported it they did nothing. Really disappointing.

Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Check-in was good but everything went downhill after that. Rusting door frame caused a sinking feeling in what to expect inside the accommodation 😞😞😞, and are expectations were proven to be correct.. The condition was not what one would expect from from a Valdys resort. Cracked and dirty wall tiles in kitchen, bathroom area showing signs of flooding and water ingress to the ceiling tiles which were misshapen and irregular in fitting, cobwebs, hairballs and dust in various areas throughout accommodation, damp musty smell throughout- in general,sub standard and a huge disappointment.

Catastrophique, du jamais vu!!! Hotel et spa vetuste ,l'hébergement dans un état d'insalubrité et de dégradation, ces honteux . Au niveau du spa " a payer en supplément " une technique bien rodé (" avez vous un bonnet de bien et un slip de bain pour Mr ") évidemment non c'est précisé nul part qu'ils faut un telle équipement, alors ont vous invite a vous rendre a la boutique tu juste le couloir suivant pour y dépenser un somme importante ou vu des prix pratiqué pour pouvoir avoir acces au spa ...tout simplement du VOL ... le spa en lui est vétuste ,l'eau n'ai pas chaude ma femme frileuse certes na pas peux se baigner de plus une odeur nauséabonde envahi l'espace sauna hammam Catastrophique

Séjour mitigé

Déçus. Séjour 1 nuit en famille. ATTENTION : entre l'Hôtel et la Résidence. Nous étions sur la Résidence (pas très explicite dans le descriptif sauf dans le titre). Donc à 2 minutes à pied d'une belle plage (bout de la rue à côté de l'hôtel) avec crêperie/ bar, terrain beach volley, piscines mer surveillées, belle vue, ... Le spa se trouve à côté de l'hôtel. La Résidence se trouve à 5/7 minutes à pied du centre/port de Roscoff par des petits chemins piétonniers. La résidence est propres ainsi que l'appartement. Calme (appart.903). Appart bien fait, plutôt propre avec terrasse (table, chaines ...). Refait il y a peu de temps. Grande salle de bain (appart handicapé). Bien équipé (le canapé demanderai à être changé (assises). Bonne literie. Notre Déception : Il n'est écrit nulle part sur le descriptif de l'offre qu'il faut payer en plus, les entrées au Spa pour les adultes (nous étions 4). Comptez 22€/pers/jour. Un petit arrangement a pu se faire. Merci mais nous avons dû quand même payer 2 entrées. Nous détestons ce type d'imprévus. Un autre commentaire de 2020 (oui oui 2020) signalait déjà ce manque d'information !!! Donc ATTENTION. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute 👍. (Mais on remarque un manque de personnel flagrant : l'accueil n'est pas très propre, poussière, toiles d'araignées, ... et n'allez pas aux toilettes). En résumé, bâtiments à rafraîchir pour l'hôtel et investissement pour le personnel. Top pour le Spa et la situation.
