Perfect one night stop over

Great one night stop off, welcoming staff who spoke great English, all very helpful. Loved the spa facilities, though their opening hours were pretty limited.

Very friendly and welcoming as soon as you arrive. Our room was excellent and the staff I encountered were wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Roscoff. It’s a thumbs up from me.

we have been staying here for 15 years as such a lovely location . The staff in the past havent been great but on this occasion they were outstanding !from check in to housekeeping and pool attendants they were all superb ! the only negative is that for some reason now the walls are paper thin and we didnt sleep for the 3nights we were there because of people talking and moving furniture in the adjacent rooms and above us :-(

Lovely hotel with great pool and spa

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The pool and spa are really special. As with many pools in France you need flip-flops and swimming hats, which can be bought in the shop for a few euros or bring your own. (Baggy swimming shorts are not allowed).

Outside looked a bit shabby but inside was well looked after. Spa had strict code of what had to be worn which wasn’t explained fully when we checked in. Breakfast very expensive at 22 euros each

We had a great stay. The spa exceeded expectations with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly & helpful. The bedroom was comfortable with stunning sea views. The bathroom was dated and the shower wasn’t great but aside from that we had no issues.

Despite an initial hiccup with our room allocation due to incorrect information on the listing, Expedia stepped in and we were moved to the room that we believed we had booked - a fabulous sea view suite. We were allowed early access to the room and had a fantastic couple of nights' stay. The spa facilities were exceptional.. Breakfast was average. We struggled to navigate the dinner menu as our French didn't stretch to the intricacies of a nouvelle cuisine menu but we managed!! We were a little surprised that the bar closed at 8.30pm and the spa at 6.30pm. Don't forget flip flops & swim hats and if you're male speedos!

Good hotel some draw backs

We travelled here by ferry for a few nights in Roscoff. The hotel rooms were ok but could have been cleaner in the bathroom area. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel and didn’t eat there so unable to comment. We also didn’t use the spa due to the restrictions on having to wear swim hats and men having to wear speedos (not swim shorts). The hotel itself is local to the beach and town which we enjoyed but the parking was a nightmare. It took us all day on the first day to find somewhere to park that was free and not £44 a day, however it does state no parking when booking. The tourist information were extremely helpful and we wish we went there first.. they told us about the free parking available and also a free bus around Roscoff that took us straight to the free car park and also to the hotel. Overall, the stay was good and we would stay again.

Impromptu decision to have two nights in Roscoff but great difficulty finding accommodation. Found the hotel online, claimed to be four star spa hotel. Th door to the corridor to room 28 banged shut every time. The room was just tired, the shower walls needed the grout cleaned, the lighting in the room was dim. However the beds were fine even if we found the mattress a bit on the firm side. We didn’t think it rated 4 star but we have no experience of the spa facilities.

Poor service and very poor attitude

Staff at Spa not helpful, extra charge for swim hat, for plastic sandals and swimming trunks as trunks used for entire 2 weeks in France before stay not good enough for them. Therefore not able to use salt water pool, however we could have used on a hot summer evening the Sauna! Have stayed all over EU, staff did not even offer an apology for the above. I would avoid unless you want to pay for everything as extra.

Schöner, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Hotel liegt am Meer und hat ein tolles Spa. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und bemüht, angefangen von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice. Allerdings ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man überall. Vieles ist abgestoßen und nicht mehr gepflegt. Zwei Sachen nervten richtig: 1. Die Parkplatzsituation. Der Parkplatz liegt ein ganzes Stück entfernt und es gibt keine Informationen, wo man bei der Anreise einfahren kann. 2. Badekappen im Spa? Wo gibt's denn sowas noch? Das Spa ist ziemlich verbaut, man weiß nicht, wo man langgehen soll und das gesamte Handling ist kompliziert. Z. B. stellt man nach dem Duschen fest, dass man jetzt noch einen Euro in bar benötigt, um die Schließfächer benutzen zu können.
